Battleship Texas, Contract Award - Phase 1

Proceanic won award of a contract with the Battlehship Texas Foundation, to carry out a condition assessment survey of the WWI and WWII Battleship.

This work is phase 1 of a two phase effort to identify restoration and preservation needs for the historic vessel.


PES To Provide FPSO Project Support Services To Rubicon

May 2007

PES will provide structural engineering, piping systems and other support services to Rubicon for an FPSO conversion project. Work includes finite element analysis, PDMS piping model development, P&ID development and Isometric Piping Diagram development.


P.E.S. Relocates to Larger Offices

Proceanic Engineering Services, PTE, Ltd. (P.E.S.), the Singapore subsidiary of Proceanic, Ltd. recently re-located to larger offices. Conveniently located in Jurong, PES looks forward to future expansion in the more spacious location.


Proceanic Ventures to Dubai

Supporting the SBM FPSO Frade Project, Proceanic has now established a presence in Dubai. As well as providing Interface Engineering and Structural Steel Supervision, Proceanic looks to build on this foothold with other Dubai Clients.


Multiple Project Completions

January 2007

This month, Proceanic completed several projects. Including construction support to the Independence Hub Semi-Submersible, which proceeded offshore for installation early in the year. Additionally, technical support services were completed to Newfield Energy for the Abu Cluster FSO conversion in Malaysia. Finally, support services to SBM for the YOHO FSO were finalized, offshore Nigeria.


Building Relationships In Singapore

November 2006

This month Proceanic signed a long term contract with another Oil Major and long time Client, to provide Construction Management, Commissioning Management and Technical Inspection Services in Singapore Shipyards.


Contract Award - Undisclosed Oil Major

June 2006

Proceanic recently signed a service agreement with an Undisclosed Oil Major to provide Technical Support Services to Offshore Projects. Initial work will include assessment of Offshore SIMOPS, Offshore Support Vessel Selection and Auditing, Development of Position Papers and White Papers.


Proceanic builds on relationship with Atlantia

June 2006

Proceanic increased its support services to Atlantia this month. Building on the work on the Thunderhawk Semi-Submersible, Proceanic is now providing technical support services to the I-HUB Semi-Submersible Project and the Neptune TLP Project.


P.E.S. Contract Award - Maari FPSO/Tanker Pacific

January 2006

Proceanic Engineering Services, (P.E.S.) Singapore signed a master service agreement with Tanker Pacific, to provide Engineering and Project Management support for the Maari FPSO Project.


Proceanic to support Atlantia Offshore

March 2006

Proceanic awarded Master Service Agreement with Atlantia Offshore, to provide technical support to muliple projects. Support work will include Marine Systems, Equipment Package Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Support.


Proceanic Provides Turnkey Hull & Marine Systems Engineer - Cendor MOPU

May 2005

Proceanic, Ltd. and Proceanic Engineering Services, PTE, Ltd. contracted to provide Hull & Marine Systems Engineering and Project Management Support to Global Process Systems during coversion of the Odin Liberty Jack-Up Drill rig into a Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) for the Cendor Field, Offshore Malaysia. Initial work includes reactivation of the rig and load out onto a submersible barge in Galveston, Texas, followed by Engineeing, Construction, Commissioning and Installation in Malaysia.


Contract Award - Saipem/ERHA

March 2005

Proceanic contracted to provide Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning personnel and services to the ERHA FPSO Project. Proceanic will provide 20 personnel during the lead up to ERHA's departure from Singapore and will provide installation/commissioning personnel offshore West Africa.


Proceanic contracts with PPL - Singapore

March 2005

Proceanic will provide Engineering and Design support to PPL Shipyard in Singapore, after signing a Master Service Agreement to provide personnel on an as-needed basis.


Project Support To TransOcean

February 2005

This month, Proceanic signed a Master Service Agreement with Transocean to provide Engineering and Project Management Support to multiple upgrade, refurbishment and repair projects for their fleet of Jack-Ups and Semi-Submersibles.


Successful Project Completion - FPSO Baobab

January 2005

Proceanic demobs its project team from Jurong Shipyard, Singapore, after successfully providing project support to MODEC International. The demob marks more than 2 years of FEED, Construction, Commissioning and Operations Support to the FPSO Baobab.


Proceanic to support INTEC Engineeering

October 2004

Proceanic provided a small Hull & Marine Systems engineering team in support of INTEC Engineering during development of the ChevronTexaco FRADE FPSO ITB.


3 Year Global Services Agreement – Leading Oil Major

3rd August 2004

Proceanic signed a 3 year global services agreement with an international Oil Major (Name withheld). This agreement allows Proceanic Ltd. and Proceanic Engineering Services, PTE, Ltd. to perform services for the client and its subsidiaries worldwide. Winning this contract highlights the quality services Proceanic provides and the long term relationships it builds with select clients. It is a milestone achievement for Proceanic.


ConocoPhillips Marine - Master Service Agreement Extension

August 2004

- Proceanic's ongoing Service Agreement with ConocoPhillips Marine was recently extended thru Fall 2005. Allowing Proceanic to continue provision of technical support services to ConocoPhillips Trading Tanker Fleet.


Lloyd's Register - Non-exclusive Contract

April 2004

April 2004 - Proceanic signed an ongoing non-exclusive contract with Lloyd's Register to provide survey support services including Condition Assessment Program (CAP) Record Reviews & Surveys.


PES - Singapore Incorporation & Offices

2003

Proceanic Engineering Services, PTE, Ltd. was formally incorporated in Singapore in December 2003. Senior Management made a strategic decision to enable Proceanic to provide quality local, cost effective support services to FPSO/FSO Clients. In the spring of 2004, PES moved into new office space, completing the strategic plan.


Proceanic Providing Project Support to MODEC International, LLC.

September 2002

Houston based Proceanic, Ltd. contracted to provide technical support to MODEC International on site at Jurong Shipyard, Singapore. Hull and Machinery Outfitting Support is being provided for an FSO conversion for the Chad Development Project, which will be a converted ULCC Tanker, storing in excess of 2 million bbls of oil. Similar support is being provided for FEED Studies in MODEC's Houston Corporate HQ.

Houston based Proceanic, Ltd. announced the company’s official launch during Houston’s Offshore Technology Conference, OTC 2002. Proceanic is the conception of Managing Partners, Mark Waller and Eric Powell, both adopted Texans who have been involved in the Offshore and Maritime Industries throughout the last two decades.
